Head Chef Murat Ekinci has carefully crafted an impressive 5 course vegan degustation which will also include an optional wine pairing courtesy of superstar wine sommelier Piero Fonseca, also of hatted restaurant Lumi Dining. Piero’s family owns a winery in Tuscany; of which three of the wines have been selected as part of the menu. Piero is passionate about the story-telling behind each wine. Quote 

 

The menu starts with a delicate amuse boche paired with a sparkling Loire from France and goes on to feature specialities such as Plant based greek feta with figs and thyme, followed by plant based braised beef with pea and mint gazpacho. Desert is a luscious dish focusing on textures of apple such as compressed apple, candied apple, sorbet and puree; paired with a Sicily desert wine from the Fonseca winery. 

Chef Meu says "inspired by the name of the menu meu jardim meaning my garden, I have created a menu based on fresh seasonal vegetables with light and clean palate; flavourful and colourful dishes to represent a modern European vegan garden."

 

Each wine is vegan and paired carefully with each course featuring wines from Italy and France.
